Google Apps is a group of online messaging and collaboration applications specifically designed for businesses. Google Apps includes the following suite of applications: Gmail Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms and more. Google Apps also offers the Google Apps Marketplace which allows third-party applications such as accounting tools and customer relationship management software to intregrate with Google Apps.
Learn to use the powerful business tools available to you FREE in Google Apps; Word Processing, Spreadsheets and online Forms for collecting data.
The first session will cover Google Docs; Character Formatting, Paragraph Formatting, Using Indents and Tabs, Adding Images, Adding Links and Exporting Documents.
The second session will cover Google Sheets; Entering and Selecting Data, Formatting Data, Working with Text, Numbers and Calculations, Using Functions, Sorting and Filtering Data, Creating and Editing Charts.
The third session will cover; Creating and Customizing Forms, Creating Fields and Records, Field Types and Options, Using Drop Down Menus, How to use Date and Time Fields, Using Check Boxes and Radio Buttons, Submitting Files, Exporting Data.
* Throughout the three sessions we will also look at: Google Slides, Sharing and Collaboration of Documents, Google Drive and Google Add-Ons.
