Reggae on the Lake (2nd annual)

Reston Community Center & Fairfax County present the 2nd annual “Reggae on the Lake” festival that will take place on Lake Anne Plaza in Reston, VA on Saturday Sept. 9, 2023. We are proud to have our featured performer, THIRD WORLD on their 50th anniversary world tour. THIRD WORLD is one of the longest-lived Reggae bands of all time, and one of Jamaica’s most consistently popular crossover acts among international audiences.
This year’s event is dedicated to raising money in partnership with the Michael J Fox foundation for Parkinson’s Disease research.
The festival will be packed with activities for all ages including games, face painting & balloon art for kid’s, crafts, vendors, arts, food & beverage tents, live music and much more. For more details on the event including general information go to our website:
The event is FREE for everyone. Ticket reservations are required
However, we will be offering exclusive VIP tickets to go back stage and meet the bands in person. This will truly be a VIP experience as you will get to break bread with band members and also have photo opportunities with them. The VIP ticket includes:
- Meet/ greet the bands
- Photo opportunity with the bands
- Signed autograph photo print
- 2- alcohol drink tickets
- Gourmet Jamaican inspired food
- Premier reserved parking space with nearest access to the event.

Additionally, we will be selling raffle tickets for a weekend trip for two to Negril, Jamaica at an all-inclusive luxury resort ALL EXPENSES PAID. The proceeds of raffle sales will be going directly to the Michael J Fox Foundation. The odds of winning are approx. 1 -in- 1500. Tickets are limited so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
